Petersburg system integrator "BUHta" developing a number of branch ERP-decisions and WMS-system of the same name on the basis of its own program platform in the market, has unveiled results of two large projects. In the framework of the first project it has automated the company "Omega-Rent" (a part of "Omega" construction group) administrative recording and book keeping. Within the framework of the second project it has automated "Rubezh" holding (food and frozen fowl wholesaler) several structural divisions business - processes and accounting.

The company "BUHta" was founded in Petersburg in 1991. The company activity priority direction is trading networks management automation on the basis of the financial - administrative complex "BUHta" developed by the company itself. Today it is introduced and used in about 200 organizations. The integrator clients include large wholesale and retail trading networks, communication enterprises and industrial companies, such as "Bavaria" brewery, «Megaphone Northwest», "Lenenergy", "Energosbit", «Ticcurilla Coutings», «Trade from "Petmall", "Nienschanz".

The complex "BUHta" is an integrated system with CRM, MRP and ERP elements, created on the basis of "BUHta" platforms developed by the company itself. A year ago the integrator developed class WMS (Warehouse Management System) system (also received the name "BUHta") on the basis of "BUHta" platform and introduced it on the market (see news release for November, 3, 2005). The decision distinguishing feature is that it is not positioned as box and, as a matter of fact, includes all ERP-systems «BUHta. Warehouse complex» functions. Large projects on this WMS introduction are realized for "Nienschanz-Logistic", "Technoshok", Joint-Stock Company «Moroz PLP» companies, etc.

They have recently summed up the results of the projects on decisions on the base of "BUHta" introduction at once in two Petersburg companies. The first one, "Omega-Rent" (a part of "Omega" construction concern), leases equipment and construction machines. Works on administrative recording and book keeping automation which are now organized in a uniform database are completed here. The project in "Omega-Rent" was carried out by the company - integrator experts during autumn of 2006.

The company "BUHta" experts started to study the company "Omega-Rent" business - processes in August. Works on the enterprise book keeping automation began at the same time. Administrative reporting automation contract was signed in September. During this project realization they have organized the accounting by equipment kinds and on each unit of construction technical equipment, automated rent service cost accounting and calculation. The program decision has provided the dispatching department work reporting and control, technical equipment to tenants deliveries planning, and also warehouse reporting for the configuration department.

During the last month of 2006 they have also declared the end of works on the accounting and administrative reporting on the basis of the mentioned decision automation in the transport company "Rubezh-Line" which is a part of "Rubezh" Petersburg group of companies. The latter is the company "BUHta" constant client.

"Rubezh" group of companies entered the market in 1994 as a trading firm specializing in food and frozen fowl wholesale in Petersburg market. The company has expanded the field of activity in 2002. A new promising business - direction - meat products manufacture has been created in the group structure. In 2004 "Rubezh" group of companies started construction of a modern meat processing factory on meat delicates production (the enterprise first line was put into operation in autumn of the previous year), and in 2005 it bought a poultry-farming complex in Pskov area. Today "Rubezh" is a large regional meat processing industry and agricultural branch investor of Northwest. The group of companies annual turnover makes over 200 thousand tons, the group partner network operates in 20 countries all over the world.

The transport company "Rubezh-Line" automation is a part of a larger project on uniform information system of all holding on the basis of "BUHta" decision creation. A project on automation of another division, transport enterprise "Rubezh-Transport", on the basis of the same program complex started in March, 2006. In the framework of the project the company "BUHta" experts have adjusted the enterprise accounting and administrative reporting, they have also solved the problem of combustive-lubricating materials account, settlements with the buyers, automated trips formation, etc.

In July, 2006 the integrator experts created the decision on the logistical chain of products deliveries from abroad automation on the basis of the program "BUHta" for "Rubezh" group of companies. On results of 2005 the company "Rubezh" has become the leader according to the volume of meal deliveries to Russia from abroad. The customer expects that the new information technologies introduction will allow to make more effective delivery system and to support the company general development strategy in the market: import of deeply frozen meat and meat products is "Rubezh" group of companies activity main direction. Besides logistical services work automation, the company book keeping has been adjusted in "BUHta" program. At present works on the warehouse automation are carried out.

The integrator completed work on another division - Joint-Stock Company "Rubezh-Market" administrative reporting automation in October of the previous year. Here the information system created on the base of "BUHta" realizes such processes as orders reception, pricings, preparations of applications for the warehouse and their export to the warehouse system, deliveries formation and settlements with buyers control. Besides business – processes, the enterprise book keeping is automated on the basis of "BUHta" complex.
